If an appointment is cancelled before 48 hours of the appointment time, no fee is charged because this gives enough time to rebook a slot.
If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or no show, a fee of $163.20 will be applied in order to rebook a clinic appointment, and $326.40 for a minor procedure appointment.
